Tuesday night's comeback victory was huge for the Yankees. The four runs in the last two innings guaranteed that the team would at least have a chance to win the last series at home before traveling to the West Coast for 10 games.

However, lost in A.J. Burnett's pie celebration to Mark Teixeira after his game winning hit was the performance of CC Sabathia.

Sabathia started the first two innings giving up just one hit, but he faced the minimum six batters. In fact, after a Russell Martin home run in the bottom of the second, he was given a 1-0 lead to work with. That would be the last lead he would have until the walkoff at the end of the night.

In the third and fourth inning, CC struggled. He gave up three singles in the third, leading to a Toronto run and then came back in the fourth
