John Wooden passed away late Friday nigt at the age of 99. His place as one of the most revered coaches in all of sports is long secure and spot in immortality permanent. Wooden led the Bruins to 10 NCAA championships -- including winning seven in a row -- during a 27-year run. His teams won 88 consecutive games from 1971-74 and 38 consecutive NCAA tournament games from 1964-74, both records that still stand today.
