Delcarmen put up his best season in Boston in 2007 (2.05 ERA, 44 appearances, 44 innings pitched), but hasn’t pitched in the Majors since 2010. Last year, Delcarmen, 29, went 3-2 with a 5.59 ERA in 26 combined games for the Rangers and Mariners Triple-A organizations.
