Dude!! He was the best ss in the league this year. And he just won another gold glove. this was one of his best years of his careers at bat AND IN THE FIELD. read in about his offseason goals going into 2009 seaosn. he focused on the things people criticized him for the year before (like ranging uo the middle) and complete tackled it. he was the best ss in the league and theres no reason to see he get moved any time ssoon. also, i dont see them moving Cano. the whole organization has high hopes for him and hes projected to be a 3 hitter and win a batting title, not just by the Yankees but throughout the league.

well your probably overlooking the obvious, jeter would be moved to second and i think youll see that sooner than we think. the yanks got decent talent in the minors, arod is locked in at third especially with his rebirth. Cano is the odd man out and with free agency pending all its gonna take to move him is a sub par year. i honestly think u woulda seen jeter go to second for a shortstop other than arod.. too much contorversy wulda surrounded that and while jeter may not even be the best ss on the yanks his desire, drive, talent and athleticism makes up for his lack of range
