Wright needs to be able to produce consistently throughout the season. His 6 hrs after the All Star Break represented a huge dropoff from his pre all star break numbers. He's one of the best in the game, but Arod had a "down" year at 35 hrs and 121 RBI, Wright did not come close to these power numbers.

How did arod do when he was wrights age.

and this guy knows he needs work because he addmits he stunk at the end of the season and he was at pitchers and catchers for extra work on fielding.

he will be an all-star for years to come.

i still think david wright is a better all around player with a better attitude, a great future, more driven, and better defensivally.

Arod doesn't have the skip David has.
