Have you noticed that
infamous dictators like to wear military uniforms? On December 7th,
2004, Bozo visited Camp
Pendleton
Marine Corps base to talk about war. He wore a military-like
uniform with the words, "George W. Bush, Commander in Chief"
sown on one side and the presidential seal on the other side. If this
doesn't strike you as odd or, at the very least, arrogant, especially
in light of the complete failure of the Iraq war, then you must live
in a dream. Of course the press never even questioned this ridiculous
military garb, even in light of the fact that all past U.S. presidents
have governed as civilians (where that quaint but apparently
extinct document called the Constitution demands it). Hint: it just
might serve as a clue to what we have in store for us in the future.

You honestly wouldn't know a facist if one jumped up and bit you on the rear.

Let's be clear in something: you comparing a poor president with one of the most evil men in all of history not only speaks of your woeful ignorance in all matters political, but it demeans the specter of the Holocaust and the sacrifice made by millions to stop a total madman. People like you sicken me.

Ugly Baby

I'm sorry forgive me, you're correct George Bush is not a dictator set on ethnic cleansing.

signs we are moving away from the democratic values this country is founded on

1. Supporting Iraq war = patriotism
Opposing Iraq war = terrorist sympathizer, wanting the US to lose

2. Belief that it's ok to torture people for national security. We don't look like hypocrites do we? Oh wait that's right we don't care what the world thinks about us.

3. The way this country views muslism, "all muslims are terrorists until otherwise". The way the right blames liberal values for causing terrorism, coulter, hannity, savage, robertson, etc.

4. Ignoring the problems at home just to increase our military strength.

5. Mass media control.

6. Scaring the public with national security.

7. Religious right taking over to manipulate public opinion.

8. Protecting and putting corporate interest ahead of citizens.

9. The cronyism and corruption that is in this administration

10. Fraud elections another sign you can't deny.

11. They never admit they are wrong

let's just put it this way, George Bush has single handledly eliminated the checks and balance designed in the constitution.

the congress, past and present, let him get away with whatever he pleases.

in terms of ignoring checks and balances, they are just as guilty - if not more so - in my opinion

somewhat agree.

This war-spending bill is the first real test. Hopefully the dems have the backbone to say enough is enough and unless you agree to the time table, otherwise fund the war through other accounts.

im not holding my breath..

if anything, they'll get the troops out of iraq - just in time to send them into iran

this nonsense is a long way from being over. there isn't any real difference in the dems and the repubs. its all a charade.
