Once again whenever there is controversy with this administration, republicans try to bring it back to Clinton. This time you try to somehow equate Clinton firing all 93 attorney's when he took office to Bush firing 8 attorney's halfway through his second term for political reasons.

Here's the problem; replacing attorney's when a new president takes office is completely normal. In fact :gasp; both Reagan and Bush Sr did the same exact thing as Clinton. And more astonishing George W replaced Clinton appointees. And keep in mind also that three presidents before George had congressional approval with their appointees but George has a loophole in the patriot act that allows him to put in whoever he wants. Do you see the criminal ineptitude of this administration yet?

Nope it is the media trying to make something big about nothing.

Talking about doing something illegal didn't Clinton commit perjury and broke into national TV to say he did not have sex with that women. He lied into the faces of all Americans. Most politicians are corrupted in some way.

It's not a big deal, yet Gonzales is lying under oath about his involvement. Bush doesn't doesn't want his aides to testify under oath. It is a big dea since he's remolving federal prosecutors for political reasons.

I repeat, do you see the criminal ineptitude of this administration yet?

my mistake, the senate conservatives know how to protect their own once again. It amazes me that these conservatives don't care about the truth. To swear him in or not, is that really even worth debating.

You jogged my memory regarding something I read several years ago; can't remember where or when but I liked the premise it contained. Some people believe that no truly great individual will ever become President in our form of government because a truly great individual will be far too divisive to function effectively in our two party system. I don't know if I personally buy that but IMO intelligence is a necessary ingredient for political greatness.

Perhaps that's why IQ tests are not required for Presidential Candidates.......

As far as Billy Boy goes he's an amoral sluggard of unparallelled Presidential magnitude; Bush is simply droll.

I agree. Instead of telling an embarrassing lie, Clinton should have used that time to increase the number of English teachers in this nation.
