I have to agree with Steve Goldman on his comment on Saturday's game. I was wondering the same thing about why Rivera was not brought in to hold the Indians scoreless and thereby allowing the Yankees to come up again and try to get the needed runs to win. This has happened twice this week and I would like to know "What was Joe thinking?"

There seems to be an unwritten rule. The Yanks never bring in Mo on the road in a tie situation.

So, in that case, when the score is tied and the home team comes up and scores, there goes the game. Maybe the rule should be changed, because we have been losing too many games with that scenario.

Well look at today, we may need Mo for 2 innings today. Joba may not be available, and it's a 1-0 lead. If he pitched last night, we wouldn't have had him for today, especially 2 innings.

In past seasons, with Joe Torre, he has used Rivera back to back on occasion. I still say some of his decisions leave a lot to be desired and am not sure I like his style of managing. In another case, would like to know who makes the decisions to send players to AAA camp and who makes decisions to put players out for assignment. Case in question is the assignment of Chad Moeller. They put him out for reassignment yesterday and look what happened today. We need a backup catcher and what will happen now? Chad did great for us and that's how we treat him! Would like to see Farnsworth go, because in my eyes, he is worthless. Gives up homerun balls all the time. I don't know what Joe sticks with him.

Anyway, those are my views, right or wrong. The season is young so let's see what happens.
