I have experimented making my own pizza, with a dough made from bread/all purpose flour, yeast , a little olive oil salt/ sugar.and water...on a pizza stone in the oven or even on a out door grill in the summer. I like it thin and crusty, with simple toppings of marinara sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil, pepper flakes and olive oil. I have made it with various toppings using a combination of different cheeses, adding too much topping is not necessarily a good thing. So to answer your question, I like it thin and crusty with simple ingredients.
