LOLLMFAOROFL they traded Marion in a deal for Shaq? What the he11 is that? Trade a guy who is 29 in his prime averaging 16 points and 10 rebounds for a washed up center in Shaq, and they have Stoudamire. Not understanding the trade, I'm glad I'm not a Suns fan.

He's young, but you're forgetting something.

He's a Free agent to be (I read that in an article), and the Suns don't want him.

Remember, they tried to trade the guy last offseason.

But, trading him for Shaq, a washed up big man that has to be a correspondant to the Suns's offense, is ridiculous.

They acheived the goal of getting rid of Marion. The only problem is that they did a terrible job in picking the players to acquire.

Well i didn't mean only the heat. They could have definitely gotten something better in return.

I think shaq can still help them out. It is pretty crazy because of the suns style but come playoff time he will be guarding the west's top big men and if he can slow them down they might have a shot. Plus this trade puts amare in his natural position as a pf and he can dominate without worrying about fouls.

They don't need to slow down. The speed isn't the problem.
