The Nets DESPERATELY needs a Big Man if they are looking to go far for the upcoming years to come. Once they get that BIG MAN, then they can settle for acquiring a guard for the bench.

They should trade RJ in the offseason, I mean he is good but he takes too many horrible shots and misses to many free throws... only his hot free throw making stretch in the beginning of the year is the only thing that kept him from shooting below 70% from the line. Keep Carter cause he showed a lot of heart when Kidd left and it will probably be harder to find a suitor for him.

Don't know if that would be a good idea. Having two guys capable of scoring 20+ PPG in Carter and Jefferson along with Harris and his talent plus Sean Williams is going to be a very lethal lineup for next season and beyond shocked

"You must really hate the Spurs if you think the Suns have a chance"

Well i must admit, I do NOT want to see them in the finals.

About the nets dominance next year... I think if we hold onto both Carter and Jefferson along with Devin Harris and hopefully a fresh big man out of the draft, we will be in great shape. Whether or not Krstic comes back, I think we should make the playoffs no matter what as long as we have Harris, Carter, and Jefferson for a full season together. No excuses next year, we cannot finish with 14 more losses than wins.

Well...the Suns have done it again, choked in the postseason. Seriously, I didn't even watch the game. They're toast.

Pretty much. Oh well. I admit I wasn't rooting for the suns as much as I was rooting against the spurs. Since the suns traded away Marion and changed their fun to watch game play, I haven't really had the temptations to watch the games anymore. By the way, where is JKidd5 and another poster who told me over and over don't count shaq out, and the Suns will go far this year because they got rid of Marion. I just wanted to say I told you so wink

I want to find that kid too and tell him "I Told you so" as well. Anyone who's been watching the way NBA teams play can tell you when a disaster is about to happen. Suns should have NEVER traded Marion for an aging Shaq, but they did and now they're stuck with him just as the Mavs are with Kidd. Meanwhile the Heat can build their players around Marion (if he decides to stay in Miami) and Wade and try to get their team back to the contending ways again. The Nets will obviously build around Jefferson and Harris. Carter will be the leader of the team until LBJ becomes a free agent and hopefully Jay-Z lures him to Brooklyn to play for the Nets. Once we know that we're getting LBJ, we can trade Carter for some young promising talent cool

Yeah...I was boiling when the Suns traded Marion for Shaq. I really couldn't believe it. What they were thinking, I have no clue.
