It helps Cleveland, but it's not enough to put them over the top. You can't actually count on Shaq to be even 85% by the end of the season. It's a must do move for Cleveland, but don't get too excited.

I disagree. I think if/when the Cavs resign varejao, they will have a much stronger front court than they did last year. Big Z might not even be starting. That is a pretty solid backup, and will get the starts when Shaq needs a day off. Celtics vs. Cavs is going to be a fun matchup this year, and the potential of Kobe vs. Shaq and Lebron in the finals is pretty cool too (but that is stretching it, of course).

I doubt it, Cleese. Shaq only has 1 year left on his contract. Maybe it shows him the organization will do what it takes to get a ring on his finger.
