Nets need to pick up LeBron or Wade DEFINITELY! Do the trade this year...Kaman for VC and then the lineup should end up looking something like this:

PG-Devin Harris(ball distributer with phenomenal speed and ability to drive to the hoop)
SG-Mike Miller(open the court by spotting up for 3 and hitting 3 a night on average)
SF-LeBron James(does it all)
PF-Yi (Look to be proven as a descent big man...build more muscle/gain some weight)
C-Chris Kaman(can score down low and excellent rebounder/shot blocker)

6th man-Ryan Anderson (He should be primed out by 2010)

This Nj Nets team would be dominant at every aspect of the game

He wouldn't... the Nets are planning on moving to Brooklyn. He would want to play there. The worst case is nobody. I doubt the Nets will bring in two superstars. Bosh will probably resign with the Raptors anyway. Wade would be plan b if Lebron went to the Knicks... and I don't know if the Nets will be able to sign him.

yea dat lineup sounds like an undeafeated team. Problem is, carter wouldn't b there. his contract would expire and we wouldn't have enough money to re-sign him cuz we would spend it all on lbj. I would keep Anderson as PF though.

He wouldn't play very long at the Izod center... remember, Brooklyn?

But he isn't coming either way. It is either the Knicks or the Cavs. I think the Cavs.

Both Anderson and CDR are going to need new contracts after this season is over and Lopez is a couple of more years. i say keep them their developing, their cheap and their good as it is. Also Bobby Simmons, Trenton Hassell, Josh Boone, Sean Williams, Yi have expiring contracts.

How much did they make last year?

Anderson made 1.22 mill
CDR made 442 K
Bobby made 10.6 mill
Hassell made 4.35 mill
Josh made 1.21 mill
Sean made 1.52 mill
Yi made 2.98 mill Which ='s 2 22.322 mill

The smart decision is 2 keep Anderson, CDR, Josh, Sean, and maybe Yi if it is for less money
so that leaves us 15 mill to spend on this off season
I guess you guys could do the rest

I estimated on how much everyone earn so that is not the precise amount
