I am a big fan of Roy White # 6. He is one of the greatest left fielders to ever play for the New York Yankees. I also love watching Yankeeography. YES has done a great job with every Yankee they have done an episode on, but they have not done one for Roy White. There are a lot of Yankees that they have done, that are currently playing, and I think that YES should focus on the players from the past first, and then the players of today. Roy White played for the NY Yankees for 15 years. This is one reason why YES should have a Yankeeography about Roy White. White was apart of the 1977 and 1978 World Series Champion Teams. I hope the YES Network reads this messege and creates a Yankeeography for Roy White.

Thanks,

I'd watch Roy White's Yankeeography. How about some others such as some of the old timers who were very important to the Yanks success such as Lefty Gomez and Bill Dickey (both in HOF)

I agree that Roy White should be featured on Yankeeography.  I've been searching to try to find out who produces the Yankeeography series so I could plead with them to include Roy White in future Yankeeography series.  Roy is one of my all-time favorite Yankees.  He is in the top 20 in most Yankee career offensive stats.  I believe he is more deserving to be included in Yankeeography than some of the players already included.  Unfortunately, because he was quiet and just went about doing his job without creating controversy, I think he is often overlooked.  He, along with Muson, were the best position players on the Yankees of the late 1960's - early 1970's and he was one of the most productive Yankees of the 1970's.  He was also a 2-time All Star.

I also think that Mel Stottlemeyer needs to be included in Yankeeography. He is the 7th winningest pitcher for the Yankees and has the third most Yankee wins since the 1960's.  He played on some terrible Yankees teams of the mid and late 1960's and still won 164 games and 20 games three times.
