The cabal that makes these types of decisions doesn't care about any of that. It is not their concern, they have an agenda and specific objectives. World opinion is of no real concern, just a minor detail that needs to be "managed." People need to understand that all of this is very simple, and not try to read too much into any of it. Public statements are made simply to "manage" expectations, you can't ever accept them at face value.
