i know iran and saudi arabia have been supplying the weapons to kill out solders , more so iran . hey i never once backed the us govt's selling weapons and such to saudi arabi , not when clinton did and not when bush did it.

You are right about that! And there are other insecticides that are far
less dangerous to other wildlife and humans. Malaria is carried
by only one type of mosquito so you don't have to kill them all. The
mosquito is also a food source for other wildlife that perpetuates the
food chain...all the way up to humans. But of course these facts
escape certain people.

I just wish that we could take an objective look at the situation of climate change. Science cannot be refuted, unless it is laced with a political agenda. On one side we have folks closing their eyes and ears and swearing that this is ALL hooey, and on the other side we have folks screaming doom and gloom and expecting Pittsburgh to become beachfront property by 2015. Each side has "experts" to back up their claims

I'm sure the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I so wish we could get past all the Conservative vs. Liberal BS and take an honest look, but as with most issues nowadays the ISSUE is never the issue as much as is the schoolyard-level namecalling and dismissal of ideas based on which side of the aisle they are coming from.

Well, we have devised much better measures and methods than the "because I said so" mentality of that time.
