I was kinda questioning the McNabb thing myself but I was giving McN the benefit of the doubt cuz of his career success vice what's happened since his acl injury. Either way I think Eli has grown up quickly the last month or so and hope it carries over. He certainly has a tough skin and I think that in the long run will help as much as his experiences of the last month

WOW. Marc Bulger has had a dissapointing career. He is hurt every year and had maybe 2 good years. Kitna is on the lions...enough said.Mcnabb is done and dont even speak of Jack Delhomme....HE SHOULD GO BACK TO THE EURO LEAGUE! Garrad is starting for the fist time and his team runs the ball 40ty times a game. Anderson just had one good year. And didnt Eli already beat Garcia in the Playoffs.

QB has graded based upon wins. Manning has made the playoffs every year of his career and just lead his team to te Super bowl. As of right now he is the best QB in the NFC!

As great as Eli has been in the postseason 3 games aren't gonna make me forget about 4 seasons of medocrity. There's more to being a great qb then just leading your team to a Super Bowl(Hasselbeck, Big Ben, Jake Delhomme, Rex Grossman) It's consistantly leading your team season after season.

ELITE-Brady & Peyton

2ND TEIR-Plamer, Hasselbeck, Favre(at this point in his career), Brees. McNabb(when healthy)

3RD TEIR-Kitna, Romo, Rivers, Big Ben, Jeff Garcia, David Garrad, Eli

Based on your definition Hasslbeck, Brees, Palmer and Mcnabb should be on the same level as Eli. Eli has made the postseason every year he has started and is now taking his team to the super bowl. That is pretty consistent. Hasslebeck took his team to the postseason for a few years and lost in the first round, then he made it to the super bowl. Palmer played in 1 minute of a postseason game his entire career, Brees has won less postseason games then Eli, and dont foget that Mcnabb had issues in the playoffs in his career then made it to the super bowl.

Stats wise Eli is below them, but the main goal in football as in any other sport is to win games and Eli has done that just as well as the players u metion in ur second tier

There's more to being a qb then just winning games. Is Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson better qb's then Dan Marino cause they won a Super Bowl and Marino didn't.

I'm not hating on Shockey. I just think he's worth more in the form of a 2nd and 4th/5th round pick. I'd deal him for ONE 2nd round pick and draft some more defense. CB's are DEEP this year. Get em while you can.
