I can agree with that, but that doesn't make him better then Brees, Palmer, Farve. What it does show that having a great qb doesn't guarentee you a playoff birth. I hope you're not putting Eli in the class of Brady, Peyton or Hasselback cuz of playoff run over 3 yrs? Let's hope not. Again I've always supported Eli but I would say the draft picks they surrendered, which turned into 3 pro bowl players for SD were a bit much. After all, Trent Dilfer, Kerry Collins, have been to super bowl as well

I agree with your top 10, he's somewhere in there. Better than most that's for sure.

no doubt about it, I'm hoping he continues this next yr. There's no question to me that at times he shows what a great qb he can be, it more about consistency, great 1 game, pathetic the next. Personally I think they pass too much to suit his strengths but hey whatever they're doing is working now. I give the gmen a decent shot to beat the pats in sb, now that would be nice. I wonder if the good am show that tiki's works on will invite him on if he's the Super Bowl MVP. Hope so

but they need to keep the same type of offense they got now..

run-first with jacobs/bradshaw

that will make it a lot easier for eli

if jacobs/bradshaw keep running the ball well, it would help eli with a lot of easy play action passes which is his strength

absolutely, couldn't agree more. especially the playaction. I can't take not having a game this weekend. But I guess I can wait another week to take down the pats. Hey Yanks, u know even though you're a yankee fan, you're a bright dude.

not having a game will help the giants who have injuries though, especially the secondary

so what's your take on how they handle NE. Last time they played it was apparent the gmen were gonna take them on at there own game, came out firing the ball all over the field and tried to basically outscore them at their own game. 1 bad throw from Eli and a terrible 15yd penalty on a kickoff return prevented the gmen from winning that game. I had thought before the game, that they needed to control the clock and keep Brady on sidelines, at least I thought they would try that but didn;'t. My guess is they use the same game plan and go for broke. Open up the game with a bomb to plex to stretch the defense a bit. Let them now they have to cover the whole field. I just don't know if it's wise to shoot it out with Brady. The plan that parcells used against the bills and their KGUN offense in 90 worked well. They ran the ball and kept kelly on sidelines and when he came in they blasted him and the receivers. I'm real curious how you would go about taking down the pats. U know to control the ball like they did against gb would work. 40 minutes of ball control , I'd take it

Ben isn't better than Eli either. Eli is doing better than what Ben would do if he was in the Giants system, and Eli would do just as good if he was a Steeler.
