another thing. He isn't really getting up there in age either. He's only 24. I don't think there's any1 in the draft that we can get with the 31st pick who will be as good as him. Go for it. He's proven and we know what we're getting.

For a first round pick? NO WAY. A second round? I would consider.

My philosophy is save first round draft picks for the draft. Impact players and game changers are the players I would trade first rounders for. I am a big believer in the draft, and building and supporting a team through it. Reese has shown he can draft well, at least for one year, but he's a scouting guy first, and that's his strength.

Hall is good, but not impact, game-changing, play-making 1st round good. He's had his share of issues with management anyway, which usually I don't care about, but when talking about a first round pick, everything needs to be considered.

Cornerback is a strength in this year's free agent class, enough so that a first rounder doesn't need to be traded for one.

well look at the giants depth at corner and its pretty scary to me.. you have a chance to get an all pro thats been in the league only 3 years to go along with giants pass rush, i think makes it a no brainer.. you select a cb in the 1st round instead of getting a young proven all pro, doesnt make much sense to me.. what if the cb they draft is a flop and he wont be ready to step in right away.. i do it in a heart beat.. having him at corner would mean less blitzing and letting our lb's cover underneath.. i'm pumped up at the thought of this

I was looking up All-Pros from the past 3 years. Hall is not one of them. I'm not taking anything away from the guy, he's good. Not first round good.

The Giants don't need to draft a CB with their first pick. The free agent class has servicable Corners. Sign one or two for far less than Hall would make, keep the pick for another impact player. A LB is needed also. Who knows if Mitchell is back. Pierce is Pierce, but he's not young.

It's not a slamdunk move for the Giants. Is Hall better than Ross? That's debatable. Webster is alright, but does the job. Hall is a flashy name, but again, not first round worthy.

he is an all pro is way better then ross and webster and the falcons dont even have anything close to the giants pass rush.. i dont think you realise how thin we are in the secondary and the quality of our depth there
