I guess something that would need to be considered is how much issue we have with other teams making the playoffs. A Minnesota win may help to keep Dallas out of the playoffs and that might be what we want more than a win. smile

I say they should ask Michael Strahan to consider coming out of retirement for the playoffs.

i think the giants match up better against the cowboys in the playoffs than a team that has AP on offense and allen plus the williams wall on defense

As long as Jacobs is healthy, their running game is just fine.

The pass rush, however, could stand an improvement.

I know. I was just responding to previous poster in regarding to calling back retired players to give our current ones a break for the last regular season game. Giants "Earth, Wind and Fire" are just doing fine! wink

That about says it all. Manning simply does not have the receivers to go to if the running game is not clicking. Hixon and Toomer are having problems getting open in Burress' absence, and teams will figure out Steve Smith is Manning's first target on 3rd downs.

it is worrisome that they have not gotten a QB dirty in the past 4 weeks.

If you guys listened to the interviews today, the Giants said if anyone has an injury they are not playing. The all also said the game is meaningless, don't expect a full out week 17 effort like last year.
