He wasn't horrible, the team scored only 2 runs on a home run by Derosa. Hard to win any game scoring only 2 runs. BTW still love those kitties, too cute!!!

All that matter is how many runs he gave up, he pitched well enough for the Cubs to win the game. 7 walks is a bit ridiculous but it shows that the Dodgers were also anxious in those big rbi situations since they didn't really blow the game open till the later innings.

ask their manager if the runs are all that matters, thats all that matters to YOU...


lou is notorious for removing ppl IN GAME when walking ppl and has alrdy called him out and expressed doubt about next start... u do not manage the cubbies.


and if dodgers were "anxious" they probably wouldn't have taken 7 walks...........

Lester is solid..he has proven that this yr...if The Sox three pitcher pitch close to their potential..the angels are toast..we lose to them bec our pitching su x.

At this point, i think it's safe to call Lester the Red Sox #2 starter even if Dice-K have a better record than him this year. Even though i hate when he makes my Yankees look silly, he's an amazing story.
