I glad the Angels let their bat do most of the talking and beat Beckett yesterday. He's such a dweeb, but so lights out in the playoffs.

He is a punk. It amazes me why he wasn't tossed from that game. That's probably why Scoscia was so upset. They tossed Joba a couple years ago for the same thing and fined him. This guy starts the trouble and gets nothing.

LOL. Yeah, but he wasn't really 100% last year. A 100% Beckett is completely dominant in the playoffs, whether we like it or not. Just ask the 2003 Yankees shockedfrown

Good point, BG. I can't stand to watch the Red Sox mutants get away with stuff but the Yankees have to suffer the consequences for a small blunder. I'm beginning to believe the MLB got some kind of deal with the Red Sox or something for them not to be punished for their actions angry

if Beckett was a Yankee we'd hear about his suspension by now.... of course only Angels were ejected in the game...

There's definitely something shady behind this lovefest between the MLB and the Red Sox and I don't like it angry

I hope we truly play well above our potential and leave the Sox in the dust and out of the playoffs this year.... you would think that Youk was the next Gerhig and that Smoltz is going to come back from surgery and pitch like Walter Johnson if you listen to NESPN....
