Does anyone know if the Knicks have the pick or was it traded. Just wondering if they can draft a decent player to entice Lebron besides the money they will offer. The way it's going the knocks and Nets will be competing for the odds of getting the top pick.

knicks are either going to land lebron or wade and bosh....or a mix match of each player if the knicks have the money and really care about winning and making a statement..

And before he left the franchise he helped destroy, Starbury chuckled under his breath..."You will know my pain in the 2010". Cyrptic as it seemed, D'Antoni and Walsh high fived each other knowing they would had won the bitter final days of Starbury's reign of terror.... Or so they taught!!!Frown  The man is a bleepin' curse upon Knick Nation until the end of time!!!!Or at least until we get LeBron next summer ;-)

They really are a joke of a franchise. Not drafting that kid Jennings. I can't even watch them . They better not screw up next year but I'm not sure any great player would want to come to the Knicks. Hopefully no great kid comes out this draft because you know Utah will end up with the number 1 pick.

Toney Douglas is doing a pretty good job. I mean he is not dropping 50 points a game, but he is removing some of the sting away from the Hill pick.

Can we please not harbor all this ill will against the young big man. It is not very smart to judge the Jordan Hill selection as a failure because of a fast start by Jennings. Heck, many a Knicks called Chandler a big rising star last year and now, with his slow start is he a bust now? Nope. So, with that sound logic, why pass judgement on Hill being the wrong guy after the first two weeks of his career. Hell, whenever he's been given a chance I see plenty of promise in the young big fella.

Now, I know the counter-argument will be, the Knicks haven't had a true effective point guard since the days of Charlie Ward and they need someone to take charge on the floor. And of course not make David Lee look like Allan Houston {I'm looking at you, Duhon} OR npt have a guard who makes Iverson appear an effective team player{looking at that looney, ya'know- Starbury}. I believe Jennings proves he can score effectively but wake me up when he starts making the rest of his teammates better and getting 10 dimes a night. Until then, he remains overhyped in my opinion.

P.S. I do like this Toney Douglas cause he plays defense fairly well and already has kack to score just enough to be an effective starter. Of course that judgement may seem foolish, but Douglas has already shown good skills on the defensive side in heated college b-ball action. Ask me who plays defense better? Europe ballers or the NCAA?
