Pujols just got another run..guess it's not a good idea to anger Pujols.

Big deal. He'd never handle the pressure of playing in New York. Joel Sherman and Kim Jones would break him.

It's a combination of Pujols' bat, crappy pitching, and the jet stream that ball park has.

IF, IF this score holds and the Cardinals win, they would have been 3 outs from being up 3-0 in this series.

The Rangers were lucky in Game 2 cause Motte had been untouchable up til then.

It comes down to St. Louis having a better bullpen and having to pitch to the greatest baseball player of our time.

All the Braves had to do was win 1 game of their last 4 games. They were even leading by 2 in the 9th inning and lost.

That's how close the Cardinals came to missing the playoffs.

One comment. These teams are not very good. I can't remember so many games with a team scoring over 10 runs in a game. It happened in the other series, too. These teams just don't have the pitching. It really says something about the state of Major League Baseball that you have games like this. The WS gets to it's third game and this happens. Might happen again, too. In fact, I would bet it does.
