**** this team.

This team...is not very good. They can't run; they can only stop the run by giving up the pass rush, which is not getting sacks against good teams, are they?

The linebacking corps is weak, and weakened further by the injury to Boley.

They beat up on a weak schedule in the first 7 games, but now they're playing more talented teams, and it shows.

Weak schedule? So, they lost to the Pats and beat the Seahawks? Was Frank Gore playing last week?

Every Coughlin team collapses in the second half. Every. Single. One. The only time the Giants DIDN'T collapse Coughlin stopped being Mr. Scowl. Guess what happened?

They beat the Patriots in Foxboro, and played well against the 49ers. They can beat good teams. The Eagles are 3-6 and there is no excuse for losing to that team tonight. They play with their heads up their **** and give games away, like they did against Seattle.

The Eagles have much more team speed, and they played like their season was on the line. The Giants were overmatched on both lines. That's the long and the short of it.

How many INTs by Vince Young again? And the Giants didn't win?

Face it, this team won in spite of, not because of, Coughlin. He's gotta go.

Oh, and I'm sorry. Jacobs has to go. He should have been dumped 2 years ago LIKE I SAID.

The whole coaching staff needs to be revamped. It should've been done last year.....

Yes, they played a very weak schedule the first 7 games. The combined record of their first seven opponents is 24-46, and if that's not a weak schedule, I don't know what would be.

Coughlin is ranked last because he yells and screams at players when they fail, and they won't take that anymore.

I told you after they got to 5-2 that I thought they'd go 1-4 in the next 5 games, and that I thought they'd win 3 of their last 9, though I wouldn't/couldn't say which 3 it would be.

The 49ers are better. The Saints are better, though the Giants could conceivably beat them, because the Saints are flawed. The Packers are far, far better. Right now, I'd say the Cowboys, no longer handicapped by Jerry Jones infantile insistence that they could win with the idiot Wade Phillips in charge, are better.

This is not a good team right now, especially, with the extra injuries. They don't have the depth to compensate at running back or at linebacker. They were life and death with a collasping Bills team, life and death with the Patriots, beaten by the 49ers, and now manhandled by the Eagles' lines. They might go 9-7, if they can beat the Jets, the Redskins and one of two from the Cowboys. That's about the upper limit here.

Again, you're arguing with me about Coughlin as if I didn't say they should've let him go after the collapse against Philly in the last game last year.

Move on to some other argument.

Oh, and I'm sorry, backs other than Jacobs in this game: 5 carries, 8 yards.

yeah but qwik, scott had what? 11 yards on 2 carries. that's more than half of jacobs' total all game.

ware on the other hand should be cut.

scott has an explosiveness in him and should be given more carries. maybe he can be our demarco murray.

Scott had one carry of 8 yards which he nearly fumbled away (down on contact). The other run was 3 yards.

It wasn't really the backs. Bradshaw might have done somewhat better, but too many times, with both Jacobs and Ware, I saw lineman being driven backwards, and making first contact with the backs, slowing or stopping their momentum before they could even get to the hole. And it also happened on Eli's failed QB sneak. Where the loss of Bradshaw really hurt was that Eli didn't have a good option for dumpoffs when pressured in the pocket.
