He's going nowhere, unless he re-signs. They also are not moving Hendry into his job. They just made Eppler the Asst. GM. He'll take over, because he knows the organization already.

Jeez.

most likely they didn't know all of it - you know, the crazy stalker stuff and the fact that instead of just another divorce this has now become some cheap hollywood tabloid front page story....  and the more steam this thing gains watch for other Cashman women coming out of the shadows trying to "Cash" in on their flings with Pee Wee......

That's possible, Art. They probably knew about the affair(s). We'll see how much of this they can take before they force Cashman out, if they force him out.

I don't know or care what Cashmans doing in his personal life... I think he's doing a fine job as our gm.

Bingo ... you hit the nail on the head Lola ... it will play in the news media for a while, but in the long-run who gives a darn!

Cheating on a spouse is a character flaw and definitely not something one wants on their resume  ... but we don't live with them and we have no clue what was going on in their marriage ... and it has nothing to do with baseball!

It's not something he should be proud of..and if he feels guilt..GOOD. But all that aside,it has nothing to do with baseball. Unless he was abusing or beating his spouse, it's really none of our business.

It shows a lack of character which is something I thought he had. He might have to take a leave of absense like Phillips did with the Mets. It wasn't just this crazy woman. He also had a affair with a married woman who's husband reportedly divorced her over it. Nice, did he then dump her.

This is a big distraction right now and the Yanks need some additions to the roster, he might have to take some time off because he's probably in hiding right now and that's not what the Yanks need from their GM. They need a lefty DH and I don't want them to settle just because he is keeping a low profile until this passes by.Not a sign in these times of very good judgement.

Never know what goes on between a married couple behind their front door. I won't judge. That being said it's another of those dam distractions the Yankees could do without. Let's play baseball
