The Yankees have made it abundantly clear that they would like to have a part time veteran lefty bat to platoon with Andruw Jones and pinch hit and pinch run when the veteran infielders are occasionally DHed.  They want that part time player for about $1-2 million for one season.  Is that what Johnny considers a "perfect fit" or would a perfect fit mean modifying the Yankees' plans to Johnny's ideal scenerio for him?
