Valentine stirring up garbage is bad for baseball and society.  He should be shouted down by the commissioner for inciting hatred which could spill over to player violence or worse yet fan on player violence.   Valentine should be more aware of the crazies in this world but apparently he's one of them.  Right here. right now The Yankees need to make a statement, any injuries or harassment of Yankee employees relating to Boston is the direct responsibility of Bobby Valentine and the half brained Boston Red Sox front office that hired him. What were they thinking?  How can they let this continue?  There is no need to glorify on the field violence or to incite hatred especially in these times where people run around with guns and don't care who they shoot for their moment in the news.

You forgot fan on fan violence ... with all the beer that is sold at the stadiums, Valentine should be fined by the Commissioner for opening up that trash mouth of his!

Of course Mo... Fact is there's no room any longer in sport for this type of nonsense.  We live in a serious world and come to baseball to escape not to have to listen to this instigator and fear it's results.   Valentine's career should be squashed like a bug.  Girardi detractors should now understand why we have the best man in our dugout.  Joe is one of the finest representatives this team has ever had, even when he leaves a starter in too long...

Is this the same Bobby Valentine that was the Mgr. of the Mets during the Subway World Series and only managed to win one game and lost to the Yankees on the Mets home field and watched the Yankees celebrate on Shea Stadium diamond in front of all the Met Fans. I don’t think the Yankees and Yankee Fans have to worry about this bag of wind.

This didn't post correctly on another thread so I'm going to try it here. Sorry guys.

Bobby V comes across childish. But did I miss something? I remember ARod putting V-teck in a headlock and then ARod starting punching V-teck in the head. I guess in Bobby V's world whoever throws the first punch wins. The nonsense he talked about the flip play is also laughable. It's been common knowledge for over 10 years that the Yankees practice that play. Bobby needs to wear glasses the next time he watches that play because there's no way they throw out Giambi if Jeter doesn't flip the ball. Bobby's had a lot of free time on his hands to even bring up two things that are so old. No wonder a so called good manager had to wait so long between managerial jobs.

I don't understand why you guys hate Bobby Valentine. He knows a lot about baseball and he's a nice guy. I haven't heard him trash talking other teams or players. I'll respect him like I did with Francona unless he gets out of line.
