To me,they are the biggest sleeper threat in the AL. Their farm system is finally starting to show some benefits and they have revamped the bullpen that gave them so much trouble last year. And their offense..nothing to sneeze at. I honestly think they will be our biggest threat this year.

I think they will be tough also. I'll go out on a limb and say they finish ahead of Boston.

I wouldn't be surprised by that either.  Boston may be the most watched team in the division this year.  I'm curious to see how they respond to Valentine.  I can see it going either way.

There is going to be a lot of pressure on Boston after that implosion last season. If they struggle early in the season its going to be a tough year, and Valentine isn't exactly Bob Lemon.

No doubt about it.  If they get off to a slow start after not making the playoffs the last 2 years, that Boston media and fanbase will want blood.  They'll blame Valentine, the players, and John Henry for investing 189 mil in his soccer team.  It could get really ugly.  One can hope. lol

Blue Jays are still a work in progress, I think they have a great offense.  I love Brett Lawrie, he is a fun young kid to watch.  The pitching rotation imo is what will hold them back from being a contender.

they have a really strong farm system and a very solid team. all they really lack to me is a dominant # 1 starter. i believe as a team they will have strong chemistry so they will start off strong as will tampa rays and the bronx bombers. from what i see of our new york yankees they look like all business right now in spring training. as i write this i realize that the season is a couple of days away so this is when the yankees should be in eye of the tiger mode. from watching the major league baseball network 30 teams in 30 days they looked like they were ready for the baseball season 2 weeks ago.

Drabek was awful last year.  He was sent to the minors and there was even talk that the Jays would trade him.  He's looked good so far in ST.  We'll see.  Otherwise, they have some real nice parts and some excellent young players, but they lack rotation depth and lineup depth.  Who's their left fielder?  Who'd their DH?  Will they really be starting Encarnacion and Travis Snider at those spots?  They didn't pick anyone up in the offseason.

They are the chic pick this year.  I was listening to Timmy K on Mike and Mike yesterday and he was fawning all over them.  I actually like the Indians lineup (when healthy) and rotation better.

They will fight it out with the red sox for 3rd place.
