Well, I'm a huge Obama supporter and have been generally happy with his performance as President.  This, however, is clearly a gaffe.  I have no problem with him calling out the ultra-Conservatives on the Court that will likely knock the individual mandate down but to question the Court's authority is not the right way to go about it.  He should be out making the constitutional case for the law and bringing that to the public, not throwing haymakers in the wind.  There is a clear constitutional case that can be made for the law under Article 1, there's also a clear constitutional case that can be made against it based on several amendments.  The end question is going to be interpretation.  Personally, I think you have to consider the law and its absolute necessity for us to move forward as a society.  When there is a conflict in constitutionality, which is clearly the case with this law (i.e. it fits in some cases and doesn't in others), I think you need to look at the law itself.

I'm hoping against all hope that the Court looks at this objectively and realizes the effects of repealing this law.

Its not surprisng that you have no issue with the libs on the SCOTUS rubber stamping anything the Fuhrer demands....As far as looking at the law itself, thats what Congress is supposed to do before they pass a POS like this.

THAT was disgraceful. They were sitting right in front of him, then all the Democrats around them stood applauding in their faces. What a disgraceful moment.

This clown is the most arrogant POTUS ever. (BTW....thanks Luvda for the " tip ". ) How can anyone even like this clown besides the leftists?

Yea the " constitutional lawyer " should know the Courts job is to decide if laws ARE constitutional. Not with this clown. How dare anyone question him.
