I doubt that they could talk Pittsburg into another bust deal like that. Isn't AJ out with the busted eye socket?

NC...

Yes he does.  Maybe we have the replacement.  It's like a warranty!

Yeah, AJ broke his eye socket practicing bunting. Maybe Pittsburgh has a thing for dysfunctional pitchers.

They should have given AJ a facemask. Like for girls softball...

Sometimes I have to wonder how much sleep some of you lose thinking up this nonsense. There will NEVER be a 7 man rotation......and ....there isn't going to be a 6 man rotation either.....not even a temporary one.

I think Cashman thought he was going to be the next great pitcher of the Yanks and they have held on to him hoping he would deliver, but he hasn't so far. Joe keeps saying he is waiting for the Hughes that won 18 games a couple of years ago. I don't think he will get better. It is sad that at 25 he seemed done. By the way every day that passes I am more impressed with Robertson. Yesterday Soriano almost cost us the game and Joe had to Yank him when he loaded the bases, but Robo did his magic. I am totally confident if Rivera retires that Robo will be an outstanding closer.

Let's get a win tonight!

I do think Hughes is what he is. A terribly mediocre pitcher. Seen nuff.

I wonder where all the folks are that thought he was "Phil F(Ph)ranchise" before?  Oh where oh were are you people.... because there were a TON of you.

PLEASE BE DONE WITH PHIL, YANKEES!  Please send him to the BP.. or better yet, if you can get something for him...

Problem is, the more other teams see him, the less he's worth.

My guess is that his destination pretty soon is the BP.. same as last year.
