Was Reagan also a wuss when he didn't strike back for the Marine Barracks attack in Lebanon? In fact he pulled our troops from there shortly after that.

Apologizing doesn't mean that a man is weak. So he bowed? Asian leaders bow all the time. It's a sign of respect. Bush held hands and kissed some Arab leaders. No big deal. As for Yeman he's been giving the green light for drone attacks for months now.
