At least there is a reason for loss of velocity.  Looking forward to seeing him next year throwing 96+

The problem is, after this type of injury, some times pitchers can't throw as hard as they used to.

 I like to think positively.

And Mother Nature don't care about the power of positive thinking. Next, sacrifice a chicken to Jabootu.

Dopey leftists like Jinah don't believe in positive thinking because their world view is misery, which not only loves company but demands it.

Per Heyman, what a disappointment. Wonder when this injury was sustained. I understand he had a full physical at time of trade, but he also had an MRI a month ago which showed nothing. Unless they did the same dye contrast MRI at the time of trade, makes you wonder.

Which is exactly what I was thinking, take a look at his last start of 2011, I was checking it out using pitch f/x the other day and it looks like something happened. It looks like Cashman is in complete CYA mode...

I don't usually bash Cashman but him and the front office totally screwed the pooch on this deal. The previous offseason was fantastic for the front office this past offseason was terrible.. Lets call a spade a spade, not too much  worked this offseason and when you're in cost cutting mode shrewd deals and creative moves are needed. The front office doesn't look up to the task.

All in all I hope Campos turns out and Pineada is able to get back on track to salvage some of this  this offseason.
