Biography: Started 14 games last season, earning All-American and all-conference honors while also being named ACC Offensive Player of the Year. Rushing totals last season included 290 attempts/1709 yards/9 TDs with 22 receptions/129 yards/1 TD as a receiver. Sophomore totals included ground totals of 113/619/5 with 15/234/4 as a receiver.

Positives: Explosive running back who can turn it on in a single step. Patient, runs with good lean and possesses a terrific burst. Quickly gets through the cutback lanes, possesses enough speed to turn the corner and can switch gears then run away from defenders. Keeps his feet moving off the initial hit and quickly gets back to running balance. Agile, gets through the small creases of the defense and flashes the ability to break tackles and pick up yardage off initial contact.

Negatives: Shows hesitation in his game. Not a big-bodied ballcarrier. Fights the ball as a receiver on occasion.

Analysis: After a moderately productive sophomore campaign, Wilson watched his game take off last season and moves toward April's draft as one of the better ballcarriers available. He does not possess the size to be a featured runner, but he should be an exceptional situational back with the skills necessary to create his own yardage and break long runs.
