Pineda surgery was done today and went very well

Pettitte needs at least one more re-hab  start

Gardner will NOT be back Thursday. He feels he needs 2   minor league re-hab  games,.

The only time I ever heard a surgery go poorly is when the patient died ... and even then I've heard surgeons say the surgery went well, but the patient died!

Hopefully that means they could do it laproscopically and not the more invasive surgical option.


That should reduce his rehab time significantly.
