Giving up 3 runs in 5 innings doesn't look so great when you consider the lineup he faced included Nick "hitless for 6 months" Johnson and about 5 guys below the Mendoza line. Its amazing how similar Hughes' numbers this year are to his 2008 start. Maybe what you see now is what you get.

When it comes to debating, he would be exhausting to opponents. If he enjoys arguing. Forums like this one is right up his alley.
