It wasn't that great, actually. 4 runs against the worst offense in the AL, and it could've been more if he didn't get out of a few bases-loaded jams. I think most of us expected this after his minor league starts, though. He wasn't exactly stellar down there.

Andy is not going to draw a win if the only runs are by way of walks.  Even if Andy delivers a quality start giving up 3 runs, Yankees aren't going to win with a measly 2...Undecided.  Deadwood bats is at play against Milwood..... Sealed   Time to move forward to the next series....

Pretty much what I expected.  He looked good the first few innings.  That 2nd homer was the killer off the foul pole.  I thought he may give up one, but that one hurt.  The offense did nothing though off a lousy starter.  That's where the problem was in this game.

Only saw a couple of pitches lauren. A few questions, how was Andy's velocity and how was his command? Did he run a lot of long 3-2/2-2 counts?
