CaptainJeter Posts: 4,409	you are wrong. Yankees ate 20 million of his 32 million dollar contract. So, they shaved 12 million off the payroll. But, they also acquired two lower level minor leaguers. Last time I checked , that is considered a trade. . NOBODY DOES IT BETTER THAN THE NEW YORK YANKEES

So let's review this....Cashman paid $ 32 M for a pitcher he did not want, thought about and got rid of him by giving somebody else $ 20 M to take him. So now he figures he is $ 12 M ahead, and you call that a trade. You gotta be in Congress !
