I came here in 2008... I learned to like everyone here once I decided to avoid the politics forums.... Clipper, Bats, Mo, Newwinn, BigGuy, Ratman, Art, Lauren and the rest of you are the best baseball fans there are... Go Yanks...

I joined during the offseason of '07-'08. I remembered my first post was an article about Johnny Damon considering retirement after 2007. There was one post where I made a case to trade for Nick Swisher to be the 1st basemen after the 2008 season, and I remembered I was so happy the trade happened when everyone thought I was "clueless" and called him a "lesser version of Giambi". Still proud of that post! Cool

cookback, that statement alone proves you may be more clever than many of us who post any meaningless thought that pops into our melons.

Thanks bomber...sometimes a bit of meaningless drivel is good for the soul.

Whatever happened to mussinafan? She was such a doll.

She moved to New Orleans last time she was posting, I think before the board change. Since then, she hasn't been back.

She was a pretty good poster.

Wow, looking back at the Megadeal thread (in 2007) I guess I've been around even longer than I thought. I know I was around a lot longer than that thread.

I haven't seen Baby since the board change, tbh. She? was an interesting poster that usually rubbed people the wrong way at least once a day.Laughing
