I am a huge college football fan. I am a die hard Michigan Wolverine fan (fan not alumFrown) and a Big Ten supporter. I believe this forum needs some college footbal discussions as well for those long Yankee offseasons where the board is littered with garbage like "FIRE Girardi" or "Jeter/Arod sucks" bc everyone is so bored w/o yankee baseball.

Now I will try to get things going, I will be posting some information every once in awhile to update whats goin on in college football. Recruiting info, discussing big programs like Michigan, ND, Bama, etc about there schedules players and news. If there is any interest in this among us on the board I will continue throughout the year.
Here is the Class rankings for the 2013 class so far.

My Wolverines bring in the top class so far after years of 3 star recruits under Rich Rod. Top prospect is left QB Shane Morris rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruitin... (future Heisman, you heard it here)

Bama and Saban still continue to kill in recruiting coming in 3rd after havig the #1 class in 2012.

For you ND fans they come in 10th. Brian Kelly looks to be continuing the long tradition of underachieving classes. Anybody can recruit at ND but not everyone can coach there. I believe that Kelly is on the hot seat this year. His classes will start seeing the field more this year and after years of turmoil in South Bend the Irish fans are dying for a BCS bowl. Although it would be unfair considering the Irish have a BRUTAL schedule ( www.und.com/sports/m-footbl/sched/nd-m-f... ) it is possible imo that Kelly could be seriously fighting for his job come the end of the season. I could realistically see them going 6-6 or 7-5.

Penn State has named Scranton native Matt McGloin the starter over Jones and Bolden. Bolden was moved to 3rd string in favor of Jones who has been ineligible due to grades so far in his career. McGloin, a former walk on, wins it over two highly recruited players. This is not a good sign for PSU who I see having another average year if not worse. The talent just isnt there yet for them. O'Brien has done a good job recruiting though the Sandusky situation has mad it some what difficult

Ohio (I refuse to say State in honor of our coach Brady Hoke) hired dirty Urban Meyer and has picked up where it left off under Tressel with great recruiting. It hasnt gone all smooth though with a few high recruits leaving after committing due to uneasiness caused by a sex offender ( long story look it uo if you are interested)

I will be posting if there is any new i feel i shoudl share have a good day and Go Yanks and Go Blue
