During the 10 game win streak, Yankee starters had a 2.00 ERA

Which allowed them to have Godawful RISP like 2 for 18, 0 for 16, etc.

When the pitchers start having a normal 4.00 ERA (or worse), you're going to follow that 10-0 with a 0-6 or 2-9, which totally obviates any winning streak with a .500 record at the end.

Doesn't help when you have starters hitting .200 overall, or a "clutch" second baseman hitting .165 with RISP.

Oops. I was wrong. Our "clutch" 2nd baseman is hitting .148 with RISP coming into tonight.

So, how'd they do with RISP tonight?
