Welcome to Whinerville! My goodness some of you people are crybabies.

It's the way they lost it and to a division rival after every other team has made the Rays look  like crap lately.

Don't let it get to you 61...this is nothing new to the Yankees or any other team for that matter. You always seem to have that one team that gives you fits. Stay tough my friend, after the Rays it's off to Boston and ya never know what's gonna happen when we hook up with them guys. One things for sure ...this board will have all the fireworks you want if we don't win that series.  Smile

Thanks Taurus..I'm fine. It just makes my blood boil when people here call me one of "the dumbest yankee fans" simply because I voiced my disappointment over losing a couple of games like last night and Thursday.

That's hilarious, you just proved my point and made yourself look foolish. 5-5 and 4-6, and 50-30 and 48-31 are such huge differences. Maybe you should check the stats.

Still talking about that comment I made, huh? It must have really stung. You did what you usually do in a thread, which is jump on something I wrote and try to claim it's wrong, and you got caught. I'm sorry, but it doesn't matter how you spin it, a guy hitting .199 on the season is not one of the best hitters on the team. Neither is Upton; there are several guys with more HR's and a higher average than him in the regular lineup, even without Longoria. Just admit you made a mistake and move on with it.

Getting back to ninja's post, he always tries to boost up the Yankees by pointing out another team's "flaws", but it doesn't help his case when the team he is trying to belittle doesn't actually have a losing record against that weak opponent. The Yankees do and the Rangers don't; that was the point of my argument. The fact that there is only one game difference between 5-5 and 4-6 is irrelevant.

AJ, I have to ask. Do you actually believe the stuff you post or are you like fatgiambi and goose just looking to get a rise out of people? If it's the former you should really stick with football

That's a real catch 22 for AJ.
