The Yankees rushed Nova back! They should have given him more time rehabbing!

Shows you how desperate they are for an arm in the bullpen. ANd many other teams are in the same boat, including many of the teams that will be in the AL postseason.

I guess you mean Joba. The Yankees didnt have a choice once you put a player on a rehab asignment you have 30 days to call him up or put him on waivers.

Since his first week in the Majors, when has Joba pitched well? The guy is used goods now after that stupid pitch count debacle. You can tell the Yankees were shining a turd the way they were bragging about him throwing 97 mph against some single-A guys; "Wow, Joba looks incredible!" The reality is he just isn't a very good pitcher.

He deserves the benefit of the doubt right now. He hasnt pitched in a year and for all intents and purposes, this is ST for him. He just may be sent down when CC comes off the DL. We'll see Friday.

Joba shows just how important the radar gun is in this game ?? If you can't spot a 97 mph fast ball it's going to get hit just as hard as a 87 mph fast ball... Man oh man how the wheels fell off in the 5th inning last night.. Garcia was cruicing and all of a sudden we couldn't get anyone out.. Bull pen has to pick it up a notch, the offense gave them a couple of chances to get a win and they crumbled under the situation..

From the 1st inning on I had a bad feeling about the game. Garcia walked a tightrope the 1st 3 innings and the Yanks couldn't get the big hit. I had to go to bed after the 5th inning because the game just dragged on and on but it was a game the Yanks seemed destined to lose early on.

They couldn't get a big hit,Cause they were swinging at 3-0 and 2-0 to many times.Girardi need to get hold of those situations.

Plus Cano got thrown out by a mile and kill the rally.
