Joe Muto, 'Fox News Mole': Network Producers Know 'This Is All A Farce' (VIDEO)

"The people at Fox are not stupid," he said. "They know when they have Dick Morris or one of these other pundits on predicting a landslide victory for Romney, the people behind the scenes know that it's all bluster. They know that this is sort of an entertainment. They know that a lot of these people are just hucksters  ... we producers know that this is all a farce. The reason we don't step in and give a reality check to our audience is because that's terrible for ratings."

You only have to listen to FOX for about 5 minutes to know that it is nothing more than Reality TV.Maybe that is why they never include themselves as part of the "media".

Most everything in the "media" is a farce. This nation quit selling "news" because it was boring to tell hard cold facts and truth. People would rather watch WWE wrestling, Jersey Shore, Dancing with the Stars, and train wrecks while their brains turn to mush.

It's like turning on an endless recording of Barney for 3 year olds. And unfortunately, a lot of people now have about the attention span and intelligence.

Yep, it's tell them what they want to hear. The facts don't matter.

I always question my brother-in-law ... he gets his news from Sean Hannity ... I simply don't understand it ... I've told him for years that he is being fed lie after lie ... but he still tunes into Hannity for his daily dose of bull.

Ya know Mo, back around 2003 through 2005 I used to listen to hannity all the time when I was on the road. I used to listen to rush on occassion  also. I thought they were pretty reasonable even though they leaned right. I think as their audience grew, they became more and more outrageous. I listened to hannity coming home from golf this year and realized I was hearing the same nonsense from him that I was reading here almost everyday during the election cycle. Some of it was almost word for word.

Now you know where some of the people posting here, and much of America, get its "news" and opinion.

I used to listen to Hannity also, way back in the days when he was on WABC radio after the Yankee games. He was rather interesting at the time. I think people get radicalized when they move to FOX. Neil Cavuto changed a lot when he moved from PBS and CNBC to FOX. Now he seems like a Conservative attack dog.

A lot of Republicans listen to him ... don't know why ... guess they like being lied to.
