 When the money that the smaller markets are getting from the big market teams starts to dry up,you can be sure the next CBA will be a lot different then this one.

 And I'm sorry,but one has to keep in mind,the Yankee Dynasty of the 90's would NOT have happened if George had still been in charge.

Steinbrenner's passion for the Yanks was undeniable. He backed that up with his wallet but his baseball acumen was just like his people skills...lacking at best.

I had a couple of service calls at the stadium in the mid 80's. All you heard from the employees was George sucked. The impression I got was that they loved the job but hated working for an overbearing Boss.
