Petraeus laughed at the idea, but indicated that he had had other conversations with Ailes about it. "He said he would quit Fox ... and bankroll it," he said, adding that Rupert Murdoch was "after me as well" about a run.

"No, I think the one who's bankrolling it is the big boss," McFarland said, referring to Murdoch.

A News Network trying to get someone to run for POTUS?! Further proof that Fox News is nothing more than the media right arm of the GOP. Fair and balanced? LOL! What a laugh.

I was going to post the same thing.

Fair and balanced. What a joke. Ailes would run the campaign and Murdoch would finance it.

Now I read that the megalomaniac Rupert is petitoining the FCC to approve the sale of two more newspapers to broaden the influence of his right winged ideology.

100 years ago thousands of companies owned the media. 20 years ago it was 53. Now it's 6. What the hell happened to the Sherman Antitrust Act?

Rupert's news kingdom seems to falling apart at the seams. Can you see Hannity doing Yankee games when he gets canned?

The same can be said for Banks. If they want to do away with the to big to fail bailout excuse then the big banks need to sell off a bit, so smaller banks can be created.

What's strange is the GDP more than doubled in this same time period. The commercial banks assets almost quadrupled while the financial health of the working class Americans declined.

Bailing out the auto industry saved them from a Chinese fire sale and kept some of us working. Bailing out the banks increased their wealth while they sat on the money meant to be poured back into the economy while they gave themselves crazy bonuses. Off with their heads!
