Why is this banana head allowed to post blosux news in the Yankees forum, shouldn't it be in the MLB forum.

Good question.

It goes along with everything else on these boards, the moderators just don't care. Although I took part of a NBA thread, if this was on the other forum before this one, it'd be moved by now.

It's the off-season, they usually allow more leverage for different threads during the off-season ... they did the same on the old forum.

its funny when a person that harps so much about spelling cannot write without using appostophes and words that really do not exist

Real Yankee fans are expected to be the most intelligent fans in all of sports.  Look at qwik, who is a perfect example of a thoughtful, intelligent Yankee fan.  We should not be engaging in discussions about sport's greatest team as if we were ignorant denizens of the hideous Green Wall.

Colloquilisms, such as I use, are perfectly acceptable.  Failure to capitalize and punctuate correctly is not.  If you are a medical doctor, I am the rightful heir to the Throne of Russia.

No doubt Qwik is well versed in communicating baseball thoughts.  Additionally, for the most part he doesn't focus on posters' shortcomings in regards to their posting skills.  This combination makes him respected by many..

Always proud to be a Yankee fan.

Sometimes it's a typo...I know when I quickly post with my smartphone I cannot go back to undo a typo after submission.  The main emphasis should be on content as opposed to mispelling/typo.

Many time when mispelling is present as a poster cannot find fault with content, the mispelling provides an avenue for criticism as the content is deemphasized.

yup sometimes it's a typo

sometimes english is the posters 2nd language

the mispelling provides an avenue for criticism as the content is deemphasized.

I agree, I'm thinking

anyone who comments on the spelling vs the content

we don't need any wannabe english teachers on a BB board

Right. Most of the time, who cares, since it's the thought or perception that counts. But I was an English teacher, not some "wannabe," and so even "mispelling" is spelled "misspelling." Sorry, I couldn't help it.

I agree, esp. now that you put it (almost) in verse-form. "Was" is right, though "am" "still" by habit.
