I thought this season was going to be a bust like 10 years ago.

Let's hope Nash can spark the Rangers and wake up the sleeping Gaborik. They already have great GT and D. They just need another sniper who can find the twine.

It is a bust Prof. This lockout was about the dumbest thing that the NHL could ever do. It took years for them to recover from the last one where the whole season was cancelled. Over the last three years, especially the last two, they were finally getting national TV coverage. We call Selig an jerk?  The NHL owners have the worst commsih in history in ANY sport. They critically wounded the goose that was starting to lay golden eggs over a relatively minor amout of money. With so much of the season gone, and the scheduling revisions necessary to "save" the season, the "sprint" to the Stanley Cup playoffs to me is meaningless. I played hockey in college so, its hard for me to make that statement. Guys are going to get injured with this schedule, thats a real shame and risk. Thanffully none of the guys who played pro hockey in Europe didnt get hurt doing so.
