Last night as I was listening to Matthews interview"Morning Joe" in regards to Gun legislation ..Joe Scarborough was quite peeved with the direction of the GOP.  As he said the moderate conservative GOP (Eisenhower/Reagan) has disappeared ... it's replaced by the radical right dominating the party.

One thing made aware by Matthews as Joe didn't deny it.. He's no longer a Republican...he's join the ranks of independents. A good man has left the roost.

I also watched that interview. Joe still thinks of himself as a conservative, but now he's viewed as a moderate or if you will an Independent. It just goes to show how extreme the far right has gone.

If it's been said once it's been said a hundred times, this far right, tea party, or what ever you want to call the new wave of republicans, they are going to ruin the republican party as it was once known... Joe Scarborough is a true republican, I agree with some of his ideas but he is off base on some as well, but when someone like him who was a die hard republican can see the road the right is taking and he knows it the wrong direction why the hell can't someone else in that party see it as well.. I guess after they have destroyed America as we once knew it, maybe by then they will figure it out ??

Don't kid yourselves, he is a Republican through and through.
