Brendan Ryan arrived today, but didn't see the memo that mustache thing is over. He is starting SS today. Ramon Flores sent down. Nice way to reward Flores after a 3 hit game. Watch fans explode....Sealed  After a night game surprised to see McCann in the lineup this afternoon.

A fresh theory (since the first one was totally wrong): Carry Pirela one more game to face the lefty, then swap Pirela for Mason Williams?

Heads up...Warren is not going anywhere should Nova return shortly.  As Reported....

With a stretch of 20 straight games coming up, Girardi said Yankees will insert a sixth starter into rotation once, maybe twice.

Ryan in the lineup (so is Pirela)

I'm sick of Brendan Ryan already and he hasn't even played a game.

Also surprised to see McCann in the lineup. I like it though. He's hitting as well as he has since coming here and it shows that the foot injury may not be nagging at him which is great news. I feared it could be one of those things that forced him to take a couple days off every couple weeks for the rest of the season.

But he a fun guy.

Give it a week before he's on the DL again.
